We are pleased to introduce you to Dolan and Associates, LLC and the ways in which we can work together to help you achieve greater success.

We at Dolan are dedicated to helping organizations increase effectiveness. We accomplish this through organization development and providing performance skills training and productivity enhancement for managers, supervisors and technical professionals. Dolan has clients in both the public and private sectors. Public sector clients include extensive general health care, mental health care, non-profits and Federal, State and County government service providers. Private sector clients include Daimler Chrysler, Ford, General Motors and numerous first- and second-tier suppliers, together with a variety of non-automotive manufacturing organizations. In addition, Dolan works with local colleges and universities.

Some of the organization development interventions include process improvement or redesign, organizational redesign, strategic planning and goal setting, team building and executive coaching. We do not believe that there is a “one size fits all” change intervention as each organization is unique.
